At the beginning of 2022, Singapore Hotel Association welcomed a significant figure—Ms. Xinyu Li, a Chinese expert in the hotel management field. Appointing Ms. Li as a Special Advisor marked the Singapore Hotel Association's strong commitment to innovation in hotel management and industry strategy, as well as its determination to deepen relevant services and enhance industry value.
Since taking office, Ms. Li, with her profound industry experience and forward-thinking strategic mindset, quickly demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation. She not only gained an in-depth understanding of the association's operational mechanisms and the diverse needs of its partners but also, with her keen industry insights, tailored efficient and precise hotel management strategies and operational solutions for both the association and its partners.
As the Special Advisor to the association, Ms. Li not only showcased her outstanding personal abilities but also facilitated close collaboration between the association and its partners with her excellent teamwork skills. She actively built communication bridges, promoted information sharing, and resource alignment, providing more comprehensive and in-depth service support to the partners. During this process, she led the team in conducting a series of cutting-edge studies, deeply analyzing industry trends, and offering forward-looking hotel management development suggestions to the partners. Furthermore, she actively advanced the deep integration of hotel management and technology, particularly in the application of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and big data in hotel operations and service optimization. Notably, the "Singapore Hotel Association (2023) Hotel Industry Future Trends and Strategic Development Report," compiled under her leadership in April of the previous year, played a significant role, benefiting many hotel enterprises. Thanks to her efforts, the association and its partners jointly explored a new path for hotel management innovation and industry expansion.
In addition, Ms. Li has actively organized and participated in numerous public welfare activities aimed at enhancing industry awareness and promoting hotel management development, such as the 2023 "Smartly Navigating the Future—AI Empowering Hotel Management Innovation Forum."
